Important Information:

• Vouchers are first come, first serve.
• One voucher per family.
• Must be an active Children of America family.
• Must be a SNAP recipient OR receive childcare subsidy and you must show proof by either uploading a confirmation from SNAP, taking a photo of your EBT card, or showing state approval letter.

If you are awarded a voucher, you will receive an email confirmation and the $40 voucher will be mailed to the address that you provide in your application.
