Ted Hockenberry

Ted Hockenberry is the Chief Executive Officer of Children of America (COA), where he oversees operational strategy and execution. With over 15 years in childcare and customer service, he has successfully driven growth by opening 15 locations in 8 states, transforming COA into a nationally recognized brand. Ted joined COA as a strategy consultant in 2011 before moving into various leadership roles, including General Manager at AutoNation, where he earned awards for dealership excellence. A private pilot and adventurer, he draws parallels between flying and childcare operations, emphasizing safety, planning, and decision-making.

Sean Gooden

Sean Gooden is the Chief Financial Officer of Children of America (COA), responsible for overseeing financial operations for the $75+ million organization. He began his career at COA in 2011 as an operations analyst and has progressed through various roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business. Sean holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and an MS in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. He is studying for the Florida CPA exam and has prior experience in tax accounting, ensuring thorough financial oversight for COA.

Shien-Lin Sun Pryor

Shien-Lin Sun Pryor is a highly skilled Physician Assistant with over two decades of experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and anti-aging treatments. She holds a Master's in Dermatology and a BS in Physician Assistant Practice. Shien-Lin has worked extensively in dermatological care and currently serves as CEO of Laguna Aesthetics and Family Wellness Center. Committed to patient-centered care, she is also actively involved in community service through medical missions for underserved populations. With a focus on anti-aging and functional medicine, she strives to deliver compassionate and innovative medical services.

Samantha Hockenberry

Samantha Hockenberry serves as President of The Pryor Family Foundation, passionately advocating for children and communities. Her leadership focuses on supporting children facing adversity and fostering educational opportunities. With over a decade of experience at Amazon, she empowered 27,000 employees to engage in community service and sustainable practices. Samantha also serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Florida, enhancing alumni engagement. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, she is committed to mentorship, community service, and improving lives through her initiatives.

Dianne Letzelter

Dianne Letzelter is a seasoned financial professional with over 35 years in accounting, private equity, and venture capital. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and has held key roles as Controller, CFO, and Senior Vice President of Private Equity Investments at a family office. Dianne also spent 10 years guiding the financial strategy of a venture capital firm. Outside of her career, she enjoys quality time with her four grandchildren, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle that reflects her dedication to family and adventure.
